Please help with and Omega Watch.?

Okay so i bought an Omega watch in Chinatown last week, I don't think it's real to begin with. On the watch it says Omega Speedmaster Professional. On the face of the watch there are 3 dials, 1 for date, 1 for 24hr time, and 1 i can't identify. It goes from 1 to 7 around the circle. there are 2 buttons on the side of the watch, 1 sets the date and the other changes this mystery dial. To set the time you have to unscrew the knob and pull it out, The screw it back in when done. Also the watch keeps stopping but continues with a little shake for a little while. So can you help me identify the dial and tell me why the watch keeps stopping. Did I get Taken? or am i just missing something? Thanks in Advance!!
On the back its got the Speedmaster logo with the first watch worn on the moon saying.
Ok so apparenty the spring inside it busted so it's trash thanks for all ur help guys. Guess that's what I get for buying a Chinatown fake.

Take the watch to an official Omega retailer and they can tell you immediately if it is a fake.
As for the mystery dial, it probably helps you find how fast you go.

It uses the principle that if you cover 1 mile in X seconds (x < 60), then you speed is (3600/x) miles/hr
