Please verify the logic for whatever you think you can deduce before answering. I have a few guesses but I'm still confused. 
The middle dial on the left is the sweep second hand, it runs all the time, the long thin hand pointing toward the 7 is the stop watch second hand, the small dial at the top in the stop watch minute hand and the small dial at the bottom is the stop watch hour hand.
