Has anyone every used the Baume Shampoo and conditioner? It's supposed to increase your hair growth within?

28 days. I really want to use it, but can't afford to waste money on something that is a load of crap. Can any users of this product help me out? Thank You.

I personally don't believe there is a product that will make your hair grow. If your hair is healthy, then it will grow long. Your own natural oils are there to protect and nourish your hair, therefore unless you have excessively oily hair, you shouldn't wash it more than every 2-3 days. You should use products that promote strength, like a protein shampoo and conditioner one day and a moisturizing shampoo and condition the next; keep your hair trimmed and avoid styling products with alcohol. Avoid using too much heat on your hair; and when you do use heat, make sure you use a heat styling lotion to protect your hair. Also, your diet is important to hair health, just as it is for skin health. Don't go out spending money on products that claim they will make your hair grow, because they usually are just hype.
