How do I take the back off a Breitling Watch?

I run a pawnshop and came across a Breitling A25362 specially made for Bentley. One of my employees bought it without checking the movement. Any idea how to get the back off so I can check the inside?
I've tried the little watch tool that pops backs off watches and thats not working out. The backing on this watch is decagon shaped (10 sided). I'm very confused. LOL.

If you have a watch back removal tool, you should be able to to get it off without much of a problem. It can also be a screw off back that requires a special tool.
