Citizen Charm

Anyone else find this odd about the supposed prevention of the terrorist act?
Supposedly, we were onto this whole plan for awhile, and that's why we were able to "prevent" this terrorist attack. So, that being the case, does anyone else find it strange that we have increased airport security AFTER the fact? Shouldn't it have increased BEFORE so as to serve the cause of security?
Seems to me like another scare tactic, just as 9/11 was (for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Bush was behind 9/11 for the purpose of implanting fear into US citizens, enabling him to pass the Patriot Act, put forward the bill for the Real ID (go to http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d109:h.r.00418: for more info), and other such things to gain power and control over US citizens.)
There have been people actually quoted as saying "yes, I am more than willing to give up my liberties for the sake of freedom." People have been tricked into thinking we are more safe and free with what the current government is doing. 9/11 worked like a charm.
You are close to missing the point... it is not a WAR ON TERROR... it's a WAR ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE... and has been since Reagan signed the first of the "War on Terror" legislation into law.
