Your opinion on my story idea?

Okay, It's gonna be quite grim and neo-noir set in a sci-fi background. It's about a group of runaways including people, freaks (ie they have 'super power abilities', cyborgs and in a rariety: vampires. They all reside in a neverending plethora of concrete and iron jungles, gang law and authority clash all the time and innocent citizens are casualties in these fights. There are dark and disturbing terrors that lurk in the shadows in this powerhouse of a city that could drive one to suicide. The runaways want to be free and create their own commune out of this infinite metropolis and discover nature and freedom for the very first time in their lives.However, in the pursuit of happiness and trying to achieve their dreams they rub with the law and have a pack of headhunters sent after them, the story revolves around their efforts to evade death and capture and try to gain their freedom.

Sounds a bit far fetched, but if you wrote it in a nice, solid formation then yeah it could be a great story..
