how do i set the Citizen Men eco drive watch?
Although your question is incorrectly categorized I'll try to answer it for you.
Unscrew the stem until it pops out of the watch case a little, gently pull it out. You'll feel one click, at this position you can twist the stem in either direction to set the date.
If you continue pulling the stem until it is all way out you can then set the time by twisting the stem in either direction.
If you've got the perpetual calendar you'll have to go back to the jeweler from whom you purchased the watch for complete instruction regarding how to set proper month and the leap year function so the date automatically advances properly. It's been years since I set mine and I no longer recall the exact steps. All I remember is the 12 numerals on the face represent the 12 months and you need to advance a hand to the proper numeral to correspond with the current month and using the second hand to determine how many years we are after the last leap year. Beyond that, you're on your own.
Don't forget to push the stem back in and screw it in until it locks in place.
