Is it okay for me to display my flag of Ireland, so long as I have the Stars and Stripes highest on the pole?

Also, wouldn't it be wrong for a non-citizen to wave their homeland's flag in PROTEST of their host country's laws?
I believe I can fly my flag of Ireland on a separte staff at equal height. Both flags must be equal in size.

I have no problem with people from other countries showing a love for their former country. Legal immigrants, legal visitors, natural born Americans who's ancestors immigrated to the USA flying their flag level with or lower than the American flag is okay. I have a problem with people coming to the USA illegally from a country that gave them nothing, kept them in poverty, kept money for themselves and didn't offer any assistance to the people and yet those mistreated people are staying loyal to that country by flying that flag as if they love that country so much more than the USA, disrespecting the USA flag, burning it, spitting on it, tearing it, while in this country reaping benefits this country gives them. I have a problem when I see people flying that flag above their host country's flag (USA) with the USA flag upside down, protesting our laws, demanding rights they don't have and are not entitled to, disrespecting our laws, our leaders, our citizens, our anthem, our language, abusing our citizens, educational system, welfare system, causing our wages to plummet and taxes to skyrocket. THOSE are the people who fly their flags I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH! Feel free to fly your flag as you have stated that you do. You are showing no disrespect. You are not a problem. You are a USA citizen of Irish heritage, that is totally different.
