What are good womens watches? Is Citizen a cheap brand?
My husband wants to get me a citizens watch and it costs almost $400...BUT, I thought citizens was a cheap brand, why is that one so expensive?
I does have a couple of tiny diamonds though, but idk if i like the brand. What are some good womens watches?

Bulova, Citizen or seiko
Bulova, Citizen and Seiko are all very similar, good quality watches. It all depends in what you're looking for and how much you want to spend.
A step down, but not much, from these brands would be Fossil, Anne Klein, Guess, Kenneth Cole, and Dolce & Gabbanna. Another brand that's makes a great ladies watches is Skagen. They have are known for their slim modern look. These brands all range in the $60 - $199 price point.
As step up from these brands would be Hamilton, Tissot, Gucci, Movado, Longines, Swiss Legend. These range in the $200 - $4,000 price point.
You can go higher still, but I like sticking to the Fossil, KC, Skagens. They fit my budget better and then i can get a variety of watches.
