My digital Nixon watch's sound isn't working which equals no alarm or timer, how do I fix it?

Model: The Block or The Fidelity (not sure which, they look the same)
I have no experience with this particular watch . . . but when I managed a RadioShack store we had a rule about all electronics. MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING ADEQUATE POWER
I've seen low batteries not have enough power to make sound, but still keep perfect time.
If you haven't tested the battery,this may be your problem.
