Lockerz shipping help?
I bought with points a lockerz shirt and Nixon watch that were both place on the same order they sent me a conformation email and said your things have been shipped and the email came around 12 in the after noon the weird part is that they only gave me one tracking number but my Nixon watch sent on the 13th but my Lockerz shirt was sent on the 12th they sent me only one tracking number and I already recieved my shirt yesterday in a plastic bag and my Nixon watch did not come and the UPS man just passed today and my watch still was not here I tried contacting lockerz but they never reply. I need help and do yall think lockerz just ripped me off or not and did this ever happen to you?
It is possible that the watch was back ordered. Read the shipping notice and see if it indicated both items were send. I have contacted them on back orders and they do get back in a couple of days. So far I have received 7 of 8 items ordered and the 8th one is due on the 20th.
Read the packing slip that came with the shirt and see if it only indicates the shirt. Keep it in case of future inquiries.
