How do I replace the crown stem of my watch?

I own an Omega Aqua Terra, and I am very anal and know a pretty good amount about watches. Well, I took the coaxial movement out to remove some lint from the dial, once I but it back in everything was in it's place crown stem and all. Then I realized that the crown stem did not work correctly. It turns but does not turn the date or time. Can ANYBODY help me!

You can't the watch has too be taken completely apart in order too repair the stem. If you try to do it you are going too destroy the watch.
