Consumed too much omega 6, what now?

Hello everybody, if anyone knows the answer I appreciated it.
I used to eat a a lot of tilapia during summer, as you may know farm raised fish are high in omega 6 and promotes inflammation. For me, it made me break out cystic acne. I stopped eating several months ago. The acne is not as bad before but whenever I eat "inflamed food" I could feel one coming up somewhere in my face.
By doing a small research, omega 6 fatty acid is fat soluble, meaning it stays in ones body for some time but not sure how long since I ate high amount of it. So basically I am prone and sensitive to "inflame" foods like pasta, potato, white rice, etc. These are foods that I used to eat without any side effects prior eating tilapia. I'm planning to a dietitian. I already went to my physician but he refer me to a dermatologist. I don't know how the derm is going to help me though. Getting rid of them or decrease omega 6 is my concern, at the moment I don't know how. Intake for omega 3? Liver cleanse?
