momo,That is a good question. I hope I can answer to your satisfaction, but if not you will at least know the basic difference(s). A product like Omega-3 suggest it comes from a natural source either fish or plant in this case. How it is extracted is important, and the source is important. From fish might be also a source of toxins fish pickup in the oceans. From plants which are organic in a natural setting or not chemically doused, is safer and usually in balance with the other Omega-# (6 and 9).

Omega-H3 is a man made product--that alone warns me to be careful. Some firms have taken the interest in Omega-3 for heart health and other health reasons, hyped up a product using the same basic name people recognize:ie Omega, and fortified it with a multivitamin package in one capsule, with very little Omega-3 content. It may or may not do what you desire. The second concern I have is the source of the vitamin/minerals and other diet supplement content. Are they bio-available to your body, if so they are helpful, if not use your stool for composting.

I have no idea how old or young you may be. Let me suggest you practice a good health program, eat perhaps six small meals a day, eat no white foods, no soft drinks, no vegetable oil or margarine (use olive oil and butter instead), no fried foods and if you can, obtain raw cows milk. Raw cows milk with all its butter fat will aid in weight gain. Do not use fruit juices unless you make them. Two items to add to your diet, neither of which I have financial interest. I would suggest adding gogi berries, dried and Chia meal, freeze processed. These two items combined have so very many essential nutrients, you will be healthy and can lose weight or gain weight as your genetic makeup dictates. Let nature take its course, you will find the body you have genetically is better than the one you wish to carve.
