has anyone tried any fish oil pill products?

I bought some omega III fish oil pills which are super expensive. Is there a better cheaper routine to get the same long range cholesterol and vascular benefits. how have your fish oil pills helped you?

I have and I was put onto it by a few of my family members.
It has helped clear up my skin and I think my eyes are healthier, not as dry.
