lately ive been tired and kinda feel like my muscles are weak?
i have no idea why ive been feeling like this maybe its my diet? maybe im not getting enough sleep....well ill tell you my diet and you tell me if its the problem
for breakfest i normal eat a cup of oatmeal and an apple or orange and i take an omega 3 caplse every morning and a multivitamin and for the rest of the day i usually eat about a cup or more of brown rice 4 cups of broccoli 2 or 3 more apples or oranges a carrot or 2 an organic burrito with rice and beans in it and a peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat bread thats what i usually eat there are other things but just wondering if this is my problem am i missing something in my diet?

Looks like you're definitely getting your recommended serve of fruit and veg. Lots of fibre and protein too. Good for you! And even better having complex carbs and oil. I wonder if you're getting enough omega 6 though.
A quick blood test will tell you if you're deficient in any vitamins or minerals. I was tired and lethargic and was surprised to learn that I was deficient in selenium, iodine and Vit D (Sun). All were easily fixed.
