OMEGA 3 AM I ALLERGIC?
omega 3 is found in fish
but im allergic to fish as well as nuts
and i keep an epi pen
i have no clue if im allergic to omega 3 witch is like a vidimen
right??
omega 3 is an essential fatty acid. Being essential means that your body cannot manufacture it from other fatty acids you get in foods. It means you need to consume some of this each day to be healthy in your diet. Being allergic to fish, typically means you have a reaction to iodine. Allergies to nuts can mean you have chaos in your biofield, that can cause physical allergic reactions. I suggest you should go see a Certified Nutritional Therapist that understands QRA testing to test you and see what is actually going on. Most likely, you have some interferrence fields (possibly mental or physical) that are causing these problems and this can be cleared relatively simply. They can test you and find out what the "root cause" of the problems are and not have to do a bunch of guess work.
