What liquids can i put in a camelbak omega reservoir, does it have to be just water, if so can it be tap water?

its one you slip into a special compartment in a rucksack then has a tube coming from the rucksack through the shoulder strap and then you bite on the end to get the liquid out.

Any cold liquid can go into it (not hot drinks).

What you might find is that if you put in flavoured drinks the 'bladder' can take on the flavouring a bit, the same with strong colours (black current etc). You can clean them with the same stuff that you clean babies bottles with.

Tap water is OK - you won't damage the thing with that.
