If every person on earth suddenly died would stuff work/ for how long?

Ok i've always wondered about what would happen if every person except me suddenly died (like i am legend/ Omega Man, only theres no monsters)

Would i be able to use electricity?
Would it stop straight away?
Could i make more?
Would i be able to watch tv or would all the stations suddenly cut out?
Would the internet work if i hooked my computer upto a generator?
Would it work if i went to my isp's place and hooked those comps upto a generator?
Could i use any form of telephone?

I hope someone can help as i always wanted to know the answers ever since i saw the Omega man.

P.S. i really hope i put this in the right section.
any idea on a time frame for everything to stop working? eg the power would go for a week but tv would stop after a day

Whole computer network requires electricity. As long as your ISP would be powered up, you could connect to the computers that are still working and connected to it.
As for TV, it will stop quite soon, as programes are prepared /scheduled by humans and probably will go quite soon out of sync.
Electricity... well, it is highly automated in most of places, however it requires constant human supervision. It might take months, but sooner or later it will stop - something will go wrong, equipment would need to be replaced, power lines will fall apart. Most automatic systems are setup to shutdown if something goes wrong without human intervention.
