Could any of these vitamins I'm taking be making me tired/sad? Any suggestions please?
I feel very drained and unmotivated all the time, I don't feel like I enjoy anything and kind of feel robotic---like very bland, sluggish and indifferent.
Here is what I take every day as far as medication/supplements, is there anything here that might be contributing to this? Is there any kind of vitamin/medicine that might help these kind of symptoms?
Wellbutrin SR 150mg
Celexa 20mg
YAZ birth control
Women's One-a-Day multi-vitamin
Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules (3,000mg)
Ginkgo Biloba (240mg)
Chromium Picolinate (400mcg)
DHEA (12mg)
If anyone is knowledgeable on vitamins/supplements or anti-depressant medications and would be willing to give me some advice I'd really appreciate the help. If you need more info please feel free to email me. THANK YOU!
Try stopping for 3 days everything from your vitamin on down. As mild supplements, there should be no problems taking a short break.
Then resume taking them, note if you noticed a change.
Everyone's body is different, that would be one of the absolute easiest and smartest ways to find out whats affecting you.
If you feel the same it may be the top 3 things. Other than that, it could be absolutely unrelated which is very possible.
