is this rolex authentic?

i inherited a rolex oyster perpetual watch. the bottom of the watch has words " spueractive chronometer officially certified" on the bottom of the watch inscribed a number 545383. this is where the buckle strap side of the watch is. top side of has a number 5015. on buckle of the strap has 14k stamped on it.

the watch looks like 1940-1960 style of watch. brown leather strap. watch face with alternative number.12, 2,4,6,8,10. all gold in colour.

can anyone please tell me whether this is an authentic rolex or just an imitation products. if possible it's approximate price the watch has been in the family possession for nearly 30 years. it was bought from a pawn shop in hong kong many years ago. if i want to sell it how do i go about it. thank you for reading this.
