I just got a Rolex Daytona Cosmograph for my birthday it is a replica. I can not figure out what the dials and things do. So if you have one can you please tell me what they do.

the little hand is for the hours and the big hand if for the minutes. Mostof the time you have to unscrew the knobs and pull out before they do anything. The big middle one winds the watch and sets the time depending how far you pulled it out. The other 2 knobs set the other dials
