can i sell a replica rolex on ebay if i don't mention anything about it?
i am aware that ebay doesn't allow replica watches to be sold. i won't mention it's a fake or real, or it's a rolex for that matter, but just adertise it as something like a men's watch that i purchased from asia. i will post the picture and let that describe it for itself though. would the auction go through if i advertised it this way?
you are setting yourself up for a lot of problems attempting to do that and NOT identifying the make or model of it - if it IS a counterfeit Rolex, then it is illegal to sell it no matter what you say or don't say
