How do I adjust the time and date on my Swatch Legendary Eagle?

I lost the instruction manual.

Pull the crown to the first position and turn it counter-clockwise to set the date. Then pull it all the way to the second position and turn it to set the time. Be careful to set the time so that the date will automatically change sometime between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
