why belly button smells like poop?
Hi everyone. I saw a few posts on this question in different places, and wanted to share my own experience. I had this problem for years, and thought everyone had the same issue until I began making comments about the smell and people thought I was insane. One day. Few years ago (don't ask me why) I used a tweezers to reach deep into my belly button and grabbed hold of a swatch of hair that had either grown or got caught in there. The hairs were short, and had blood on the end where they were in my belly button. After I pulled the hair out, and washed my belly button, I have never had the smell again in the years since.
I don't recommend doing anything dangerous, so use caution with the tweezers. My theory is that the canal that leads to the belly button is a dead end that traps garbage. The hairs allowed the waste to secrete from the canal.
I just threw up in my mouth.
