Can anyone give me a website or tell me how to tell if I have a fake Tag Heuer Watch.?

It is a Kirium as far as i can tell with a metal band.

Just check to see if the numbers on the watch and the documentation match. Did you get the watch from a reputable seller?

You can go to an authorised Tag dealer or send the watch to one of Tag's service centres for verification/ servicing.

If you think it is fake because it has a steel strap, some of the Kirium models have steel straps.
