The "best" (from your list,) IMHO, is Rolex. Accurate? Yes. Reliable? Yes.

IMHO, the most cost efficient (but not on your list,) best "bang for your buck" is the Russian Vostok Amphibia. Beautiful, accurate, reliable, inexpensive (~$60,) and a great conversation starter.
