Just look at the way they're dressed. They're in someone's opulent house(mansion),..complete with high ceilings, at least another floor, a chandelier, furniture, a huge mirror, a grand piano & men in tuxedos. Mansion probably belongs to that lady in the black dress. See the foreigners enjoying the soiree? Probably a sheik or a sultan.
